BOOKING POLICY
We try our hardest to adhere to appointment times so as not to keep you waiting.
We appreciate your busy schedule as well as understand that sometimes you may not always be able to keep your appointment or that you may sometimes get held up
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. All of The Body Lounge packages and bookings over 2 Hours duration require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation.
APPOINTMENTS
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for any of our spa treatments. This allows enough time to check in, to fill out one of the client information forms and relax.
YOUR HEALTH
We request that you disclose any medical condition or prescription medication you are taking, as some services may be contra-indicated.
For females that are 8 to 9 months and 3 months or less pregnant, you must tell the therapist
REFUNDS
Products, Gift Vouchers, Day Spa Packages, Massage Treatment & Beauty Treatments are non refundable.
